The MAO-002 edit 02110 – Beneficiary Member ID Not on File – triggered erroneously for a small number of encounter data records submitted to the Encounter Data Processing System (EDPS) between April 1^st and April 14^th. CMS has identified the root cause of this issue and has resolved it.  Submitters that received edit 02110 on their MAO-002 reports for encounter data records submitted during April 1 - 14^th are asked to resubmit these encounter data records, if the submitter believes the encounter data records were rejected incorrectly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
